How they are made
One hide, forty pieces, one jacket.
Every jacket starts with a full hide, graded by hand for grain and thickness before a single panel is cut. The Marvel Jackets uses sheepskin for supple biker and bomber styles and cowhide where the jacket needs to hold its shape, such as trench coats and long coats.
Panels are stitched with bonded polyester thread, seams are reinforced at the shoulder and underarm, and hardware is antique-finish YKK. Linings are viscose, cut a size generous so the jacket moves with you.

Yes — every jacket sold by The Marvel Jackets is made from genuine leather, not faux or PU. Most styles use sheepskin or cowhide, selected by hand and finished with a soft viscose lining. The exact hide, thickness and finish are listed on each product page, and a small number of hybrid styles pair wool bodies with genuine leather sleeves, which is always stated in the description.
Measure your chest, shoulders, sleeve length and waist, then match those numbers to the size chart on the product page rather than ordering your usual t-shirt size. Sizes run 2XS to 5XL in separate men's and women's cuts. Biker and café racer styles are cut close to the body, so if you plan to wear a hoodie underneath, order one size up.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn jacket with its original tags and packaging for a full refund. Email contact@themarveljackets.com with your order number to receive return instructions and the correct return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the jacket arrived faulty or incorrect.
Wipe leather with a dry, soft cloth, condition it twice a year with a leather balm, and never machine wash or tumble dry it. Store the jacket on a wide hanger away from radiators and direct sunlight, and let it air dry naturally if it gets caught in the rain. Treated this way, a genuine leather jacket lasts a decade or more.
